What are the interventions without relevance for public safety for seismic purposes that do not require deposit?
With DGR 4317 of 15/02/2021, as already provided for in LR no. 20 of 30/09/2020, specific regulations have been issued for interventions without relevance for seismic purposes in Lombardy: the interventions excluded from the seismic deposit referred to in the art. have been identified. 93 of the national Presidential Decree 380 and all the related procedures provided for by the current LR 33/2015 and by the DGR 5001/2016 with effect from 08 March 2021.
Furthermore, with DGR 4317 of 15/02/2021, the rules for submitting practices in seismic areas were updated, introducing a new procedure for submitting the seismic deposit communication for interventions without relevance and defining the update of section 12 (seismic aspects) of the Single Asseveration Technical report (unified building module).
