Can RAIs be subject to an exemption?

Pursuant to art. 46 paragraph 3 in compliance with the safety regulations and legislative provisions regarding derogation from the technical requirements for implementing the provisions on the elimination of architectural barriers, for building interventions aimed at improving existing situations (even if not compliant with the regulations of the part IV, Title II and Title III of the RE), a reduction in the natural ventilation and lighting indices greater than 30% cannot be allowed and only if the state of the places does not allow full compliance with the health and hygiene provisions and standards of the state of the places; a specific report must be produced to accompany the building permit which demonstrates that the reduction is less than 30% in the presence of the additional requirement.
