Is the amnesty for the recovery of basements admissible?
The amnesties of existing basements are to be considered admissible only where the abuse was carried out after the entry into force of the Regional Law. 7/2017, otherwise the double compliance referred to in the art. 36 of the Presidential Decree 380/2001.
