As in the implementation plans and agreed permits, it is possible to derogate from the distances, heights and checks referred to in the art. 86 R.E. in the areas subject to implementation by mandatory act?
The mandatory act does not have the same contractual content as a convention or an implementation plan, which also entails its publication: therefore in the areas subject to implementation by means of a unilateral mandatory act, it is not possible to derogate from current regulations.
