Is it possible to modify the heights of the ridge and eaves and the slope lines of the pitches in cases where the average weight height is already present?

The art. 64 paragraph 1 of the Regional Law. 12/2005 allows changes in heights, ridge, eaves and slope lines of the pitches only when the average weight height is below m. 2,40 and only for the purpose of achieving the same.

If, in fact, the average weight height is already ensured without the aforementioned modifications, it will not be possible to modify them to recover the existing attic for living purposes.

In historic centers the maximum height limits set by the urban planning instrument must be respected and in their absence the maximum height must be considered equal to the existing one.
