Is it possible to move or reuse the surface of a recovered attic?
Given the derogatory nature of the law, translation or reuse is not ordinarily permitted, even through demolition and reconstruction of the surface of a recovered attic. Likewise, the surface area resulting from the recovery of the attic does not contribute to determining the building consistency.
The reuse of the surface resulting from the recovery of the attic is permitted only as part of an overall demolition and reconstruction intervention of the building and exclusively by reconstructing this attic while maintaining the previous surfaces and the characteristics of the recovered attic.
