In the case of attic recovery interventions, what are the differences between those located outside and those inside the NAF?

Outside the NAF it is possible, compared to the existing height, to raise or modify the roofs until the minimum habitable height of m is reached. 1,50; the increase in heights must take place by ensuring the average weight height of 2.40 m for each individual property unit, as set out in the art. 63 paragraph 6 of the Regional Law. 12/2005.

Within the NAF, in the absence of maximum height limits established by the urban planning instrument, the height must remain the existing one (art. 64 paragraph 1, L.R. 12/05), i.e. it is not possible to intervene by modifying the heights of the ridge and eaves of the roof nor the slope of the pitches except for the properties referred to in the art. 18.2.e  as per the PdR of the current PGT.
