When is monetization expected for a change of intended use?

The change of intended use is subject to the obligation to find the provision of services also through monetization according to the following cases (art. 11 of the Service Plan and art. 8 of the Rules Plan of the current PGT):

100% SL changed from commercial to the ground floor overlooking the public space to residence 

EQUIPMENT FOR CHANGE OF USE INTERVENTIONS FOR A SL GREATER THAN SQM. 250
80% SL changed from productive to residence/commercial;
18% SL changed from management/reception/private services to residence/commercial;
18% SL changed from commercial to management/reception/private services/production;
18% SL changed from business to residence;
18% SL changed from rural to office/reception/private services/residence/commercial/productive.

It is foreseen for changes of use referred to in the art. 11.3 a.m. b. c. and f. of the PdS, the deduction of the first 250 mXNUMX. for change of use in ARU and ADR open system outside the railway ring and ring road.
This rule applies only once to a single intervention concerning the same Territorial Surface.

18% SL changed from any to ERS
from business to residence + 40% if on the ground floor adjacent to pedestrian areas.
