In light of the new regional provisions (art. 64 L.R. 12/2005), the recovery of attics with S.L. of expansion up to 40 mXNUMX, constituting, based on the ownership title, pertaining to real estate units directly connected to them already in their current state, if it is a first home (to be proven with suitable documentation), it is exempt from the contribution amount commensurate with the cost of construction and procurement of relevant parking spaces.
