If I carry out an attic renovation project, what type of urbanization charges do I have to pay?
In light of the new regional provisions, for interventions presented after 14 December 2019, the urbanization costs for the recovery of the attics are those attributable to the restructuring intervention, which with the entry into force of the Regional Law. 18/2019 and the consequent modification of the art. 44 paragraph 8 of the Regional Law. 12/2005 are those expected for new construction reduced by 60%.
