I can self-submit to the masonry deduction regime referred to in the Regional Law. 38/2015 if my application was submitted before the law came into force?
The L.R. 38/2015 has been in force since 27.11.15, it is possible to self-subject to the same only in case of presentation of an essential variant; in this case it will be necessary to update the energy project with the calculation procedure and all the energy regulations in force at the time of submission of the variant.
