In the event that the discount request is guaranteed by the specific guarantee, the same remains valid even in the presence of essential variations that occurred after the entry into force of the Regional Law. 18/2019; for practices whose original title was presented subsequently, the benefits referred to in Council Resolution no. 73/07 are no longer applicable.
