It is only possible by not ticking the box on the first page of form 2, which states "this communication/request is also valid pursuant to art. 65 of Presidential Decree 380/2001". In this case, please remember that before starting the structural works covered by the deposit it will be necessary to integrate the file with the missing information, in order to make it valid also pursuant to art. 65 Presidential Decree 380/2001.
