In the case of transformation from a hotel accommodation facility to another function, are the corridors on the room floors, in the current state, included in the calculation of the SL?

No. The corridors on the room floors are included in the Accessory Area pursuant to art. 5.7 letter g of the NA of the PdR. Therefore, pursuant to art. 5.6 of the aforementioned regulations, these spaces are excluded from the calculation of the SL, even in the indicated case of transformation from a hotel accommodation facility to another function.

The exception contained in the third sentence of the aforementioned art. 5.6, in defining that the corridors on the floors of the rooms of existing hotel structures are included in the calculation of the SL in the actual state and excluded in the project, it can only be referred to interventions that provide for the maintenance or expansion of the hotel destination, this is consistent with the purposes of art. 2.8 of LR 7/2017.
