Is it possible to recover the ground floors pursuant to LR 18/2019?
Following the approval by the City Council of resolution no. 78 of 30/07/2021 “Provisions relating to the recovery of existing ground floors pursuant to art. 8 of the Regional Law 26 November 2019, n. 18” it is possible to present projects for the recovery of the ground floors pursuant to the combined provisions of the art. 8 of Regional Law 18/2019 and Regional Law 7/2017 and subsequent amendments
The aforementioned resolution of the City Council identified the cases of exclusion from the application of the provisions for the recovery of existing ground floors.
