Do the morphological indications also apply to regeneration areas?
The morphological indications referred to in the articles. 19, 21 and 23, as specified in the art. 15 paragraph 1, also apply to the areas subject to regeneration.
For example, where it is possible in these areas to exceed the maximum index (Squares and Nodes), as specified in art. 6 paragraph 8 letter. d, modification of the morphological indications is permitted subject to the favorable and binding opinion of the Landscape Commission, with the procedures and methods envisaged, for individual tissues, in articles 19 paragraphs 4 and 5, 21 paragraph 8 and 23 paragraph 4.
