The Landscape Commission, in the session of 5 October 2023, approved the integration of the document "Principles for the Urban Regeneration of Milan" with the inclusion of a new principle regarding "tall buildings".

We inform you that, starting from 1 October 2023, the update of the amounts of the secretarial fees established by Municipal Council Resolution no. will come into force. 1084 of 03/08/2023.

Consultation Payment of secretarial fees

Users are advised that the services relating to the amnesty office, specifically the issuing of amnesty permits and authorisations, the deed searches as well as the internal consultation activity for the completion of the measures, have been interrupted from 24/07/2023 to 27/07/2023 for restoration work on the IT network with consequent slowdown in office activities. The recovery of suspended services is ensured to guarantee feedback to citizens. We apologize for the inconvenience 

We inform you that, starting from 19/6/2023, the payment of construction costs and monetizations relating to the SCIA art.23 Presidential Decree 380/20201 must take place exclusively by bank transfer in favor of: Treasury of the Municipality of Milan - Banca Intesa Sanpaolo Spa - Iban: IT15 V030 6901 7831 0000 0300 001 - Reason: references from the building file.

The manager of the natural gas distribution service has reported to the undersigned Administration that it has detected in some buildings the partial or total inclusion (masonry) of the aerial portion of the riser column in the "thermal insulation" of the building, carried out during renovation or energy requalification.

To prevent serious risks for the safety of buildings and not incur civil, criminal and administrative liability, we remind you of the obligation to strictly observe the reference technical regulations regarding gas risers and in particular the UNI 9860 standard and Ministerial Decree 16 May 1987 “Fire safety regulations for residential buildings” as well as the Building Regulations of the Municipality of Milan according to which «Buildings must be equipped with internal ducts for sewerage, water, electricity distribution, gas, thermal energy and telecommunications and must be connected to the relevant networks and infrastructures according to current regulations and according to the requirements of the managing bodies" (art. 84, paragraph 1).
