Feltrinelli neighborhood project

The complex is located on the edge of the Rogoredo district, in the south-eastern outskirts of Milan, close to the route of the eastern ring road. The building was built in 1983 with municipal budget funds and was created as a house-parking lot to house evicted families from two illegally occupied buildings in Corso Lodi, 10 and subsequently also the families evicted from Piazzale Dateo.

Since December 2010, a comprehensive renovation project has been underway aimed at removing asbestos and renovating the building. The intervention is co-financed by the Lombardy Region. To implement the intervention, the mobility process of resident tenants was completed.

Following the completion of the renovation works, we proceeded with the assignment of the accommodation to those entitled to it. The complex is made up of two in-line buildings approximately 100 meters long and 4 floors above ground for a total of 154 apartments, 81 of which were co-financed by the Lombardy Region.
