The project involves the redevelopment of the urban area and public spaces located to the west of Villa Scheibler. The intervention area includes the entire block between via Cogne and via Carbonia, with particular attention also to all the public spaces adjacent to the park. Within a context characterized by a strong presence of public services, the new residential building helps to define the spaces that surround it, with new environments and new equipment, enhancing their usability and quality. In this perspective, public functions play a fundamental role.

The social housing building consisting of 48 medium-small accommodations is also intended for temporary rental, thanks to the presence of residential services such as a shared laundry room, a visitor space/multipurpose condominium room, a concierge/reception service .
