Within the new core neighborhood of via Senigallia, particular attention is paid by the municipal administration to the integrated social housing project, aimed at creating a new integrated form of taking care of fragile communities in a broader housing context.

A round table has been set up with the municipal administration and other institutional entities with expertise in the healthcare sector, to experiment with healthcare/welfare pathways that include light residential living within the structure built in the neighborhood - made up of spaces, rooms and collective services , 5 rooms and 6 studio apartments - for the establishment of a protected community and the use of spaces for different uses for the inclusion of productive activities, for the implementation of assistance paths, and to encourage social aggregation, thus capturing the opportunity to integrate living in the neighborhood with the offer of services, the development of sociality and openness towards the city.
