Concession of the natural gas distribution service in the territorial area of Milan 1 "City and Plant of Milan"
On 16 December 2021, the Municipality of Milan, as delegate of the Municipalities of the Minimum Territorial Area of Milan 1 "City and Plant of Milan", and Unareti SpA, as the successful tenderer of the concession, signed the "Service contract for carrying out the natural gas distribution activity in the Minimum Territorial Area of Milan 1 pursuant to article 14 of the legislative decree of 23 May 2000, n. 164".
On 1 March 2022 Unareti SpA took over the management of the natural gas distribution service in all the Municipalities of the Area whose concessions have expired on the date of signing the service contract (Milan, Sesto San Giovanni, Cinisello Balsamo, Novate Milanese and Corsico).
On 1 November 2023 Unareti SpA took over the management of the natural gas distribution service in all the Municipalities of the Area whose concessions have expired on a date subsequent to that of signing the service contract (Baranzate and Bollate).
