Area C | Registration for residents and equivalent to MyAreaC

Registration on the MyAreaC portal is recommended to purchase, activate, top up and manage access tickets online.

It is essential for requesting some exemptions from the prohibitions in force and for accessing tariff concessions, as well as for activating the increased ticket "within 7 days".

Request

During the online registration phase for residents in Area C and equivalent, the following will be required:

- Tax ID code. If the MyAreaC website does not recognize the tax code entered, you can make a self-declaration;
- a driving license (there cannot be two tax codes associated with the same driving licence);
- a license plate (of a vehicle owned or in exclusive use). If the entered license plate is not already paired with a PIN, the system will issue one.

To register the vehicle, choose “New” and then “Residents”.

After registering online, residents in Area C with owned vehicles will not have to produce any additional documentation.

Solo for the registration of vehicles not owned by the applicant or equivalent you will need to send the documentation as indicated below, within 15 days of online registration.

Documents to present

a) For registration of vehicles not owned by the applicant

If the vehicle is not owned, it will be necessary to demonstrate its exclusive use by producing the following documentation as appropriate:

whether the car is leased or rented: copy of the leasing or long-term rental contract;
if the car is company: copy of the declaration from the employer who owns the vehicle, certifying the concession of the vehicle to the applicant for exclusive use;
if the owner of the vehicle is a relative: 14 module.

b) For registration of citizens treated as residents

copy of the valid front/back identity card;
copy of the valid driving licence;
copy of the vehicle registration certificate;
copy of the duly registered title certifying the pertinence of the garage or parking space located within Area C.
