Milan, May 23 2021 – A completely new, inclusive and ecological play area has just opened at the Crocerossine park, Inganni district. The intervention was carried out as part of the 'Care and Adopt Public Green' project by Colgate-Palmolive, through the Gruppo FMA agency.

The structures installed, built entirely of certified recycled plastic and designed to be safe and long-lasting, include inclusive games that allow all children to have fun. The creation saw the involvement of Corepla, Green Project and Idea Plast.

The initiative was born in 2019 as part of the "Give new life to your park" project, created by the FMA Group for Colgate-Palmolive. Through the “Parco Vivo” operation, consumers were involved in choosing the city and its public park which, according to them, needed redevelopment. At the end of the campaign, the Red Cross Park of Milan was identified. To complete the games, the Administration created new anti-trauma flooring.

“We thank Colgate-Palmolive for an intervention that not only makes the park more beautiful, but allows all children to play on equal terms – declares the Green councilor Pierfrancesco Maran –. Just a short distance from the Crocerossine park, we have just inaugurated another beautiful area in Largo Giambellino. All these interventions are part of the strategy for the 15-minute city, which intends to guarantee quality public and green spaces even for the little ones".
