A turning point in the process of digitalisation of the service, the next step is also the SCIA pursuant to art 23

Milan, September 14 2020 – Turning point in the digitalisation process to make the One Stop Building service more efficient. As already anticipated in the context of the meetings between the Municipality of Milan and the orders of architects, engineers and surveyors of Milan, starting from Friday 18 September it will be possible to digitally register, through the "Impresainungiorno" portal, also the certified notification of commencement of activity in construction matters (SCIA) pursuant to article 22.

After the digitalisation of CILA practices which took place in recent months, which allowed the registration of over 7.000 practices directly from the web, professionals will now be able to drastically shorten the time for submitting practices. If from 18 to 27 September it will still be possible to go to the general protocol, starting from 28 September the presentation of the SCIA pursuant to art. 22, and the related additions, variations and communications of completion of work may be presented exclusively via the “Impresainungiorno” platform, without prejudice to the right to make use of the appointment with the Only one application if already booked.

As for the CILA, also for the SCIA the payment of any amount due (fees, sanctions and charges) must be made within the portal itself, via PagoPA. 
The digitalisation process will continue in the coming months to arrive at the electronic registration of SCIAs pursuant to art. 23.
