Milan, February 5 2020 - With the publication of the notice of final approval in the official bulletin of the Lombardy Region (BURL), the territorial government plan, including the religious equipment plan and the variant of the rules plan, approved on October 5th by the City Council.
The great commitment of the offices, which worked to update all the documents and tables with the observations and amendments approved during the discussion phase, made it possible to reduce publication times compared to previous plans.
Sul place of the Municipality of Milan, in addition to all the documentation of the plan and a summary of the same, it is possible to consult a FAQ sheet, capable of providing clarifications on the most common topics for professionals in the sector.
The Plan for Milan 2030 therefore becomes operational. The new rules pursue three priority objectives for a more equitable and sustainable city: increase in the supply of houses for rent at affordable prices, protection of the territory with a 4% reduction in land consumption compared to the previous plan, regeneration of the suburbs starting from the squares and the fight to abandoned buildings.
