"We are very proud of the work we are doing to make the city even more attractive and welcoming", comments Tourism Councilor Roberta Guaineri, who on Wednesday 22nd will speak at FITUR, the Madrid tourism fair, to present IGLTA 2020, the convention international conference on LGBTQ+ tourism which this year will be held in Milan from 6 to 9 May.

“However, we cannot relax too much, comforted by the good data – continues the Tourism councilor -. Milan has found an excellent balance between cultural, service and business offerings, which manages to attract the classic, generalist tourist, the businessman and the visitor interested in a particular sector, such as fashion, food or design . We also know that those who stop briefly in the city, perhaps for work, then return with their family. This means that one glance is enough to be fascinated. We must continue in this direction to establish the city among the most sought-after international destinations."
