The deadline for joining is May 31, 2019

Milan, May 15 2019 - The deadline for citizens to join the facilitated settlement of pending tax disputes for municipal taxes ICI, IMU, Tasi, Tarsu, Tares, Tari and advertising tax (ICP) will expire on May 31st. To encourage participation to those who are entitled to it, the Municipality has published a document on its website page where you will find all the useful information for joining and above all it is possible to download the DLF001 Form to be filled in to submit the application via certified e-mail, at the counters or by post.

Applications for facilitated settlement can only be submitted for tax disputes notified to the Municipality by 24 October 2018 and not yet definitively decided by the judge, whether of first instance, appeal or the Court of Cassation.

By adhering to the facilitated definition of tax disputes, the taxpayer is required to pay only the entire tax or part of it in relation to the state and degree of the dispute. Fines and late payment interest are not charged.

On the same page of the site the taxpayer can calculate the amount due in relation to the specific case and arrange installments for amounts not less than one thousand euros.
