Tributes. The Mayor extends the deadlines for state rents and the advertising tax to December 15th
Given the continuation of the economic crisis, the ordinance of 11 March which postponed the installments to 30 September 2020 has been modified
Milan, September 30 2020 – Mayor Giuseppe Sala has decided to extend the expiry date of the four quarterly installments relating to the year 15 of all rentals of state concessions to 2020 December. Furthermore, the ordinance signed today also provides for the extension of the four 2020 annual installments of the municipal advertising tax.
Today's order modifies the previous one of 11 March 2020 which had suspended the terms of payment installments until 30 September 2020 due to the confinement caused by the Covid-19 emergency. The current state of economic crisis has made it appropriate to implement an organic intervention to defer the deadlines for compliance with taxes such as the municipal tax on advertising to encourage the sustainability of all tax obligations.
