Digital transformation. Almost 70 thousand Tari notices arriving via email

Cocco: "Numbers that testify to the city's ability to welcome innovations, we are certain that they will continue to grow"

Milan, 3 July 2019 – 69.918 citizens will receive the Tari payment notice in their email inbox in the next few hours. The service, upon voluntary participation, this year recorded a 50% increase in taxpayer registrations compared to 2018, the year of its debut.

Almost 70 thousand citizens, who have expressed the desire to receive TARI notices via email, will have access to a special digital video bill, with a short personalized and interactive video that contains all the useful information on the waste tax, the amounts due and the methods of payment. From the email it will also be possible to view the Tari notice and find all the information to pay the bill through the PagoPA system on the Municipality of Milan portal.

Furthermore, the 2019 notices are already present in digital format in the Citizen's File, the personal area - reserved and protected - present on the website of the Municipality of Milan which allows residents to find all the information concerning them, check the deadlines of documents, download certificates online or make appointments. To access the File it is necessary to register with a complete profile or with SPID, the public digital identity system. From the File it is also possible to activate email notification of Tari notices.
