Milan, May 17 2021 – A guided and simplified procedure for declarations of the Waste Tax (Tari) linked to domestic users. From today on the institutional portal of the Municipality of Milan, citizens will find a new way to fill in property declarations (new occupation, change, termination).

It will be sufficient to log in with the SPID user and follow the procedure to send your Tari declaration through a guided form (https://www.comune.milano.it/servizi/tari-dichiarazioni-di-occupation), completely similar to those already used successfully by citizens for requesting a change of residence, civil status extracts or for registering for notices and competitions. 

Furthermore, citizens residing in the Municipality of Milan will find the section relating to personal data already pre-compiled.

"A further piece within the digital transformation plan of the Municipality of Milan - comment councilor Roberta Cocco (Digital Transformation and Civic Services) and councilor Roberto Tasca (Budget and State Property) - which significantly improves the citizen's experience , thanks to a simplification of the procedure, and will allow us to say goodbye to the delivery of paper forms, which will remain active for a few more months before definitive disposal".

Every year the Municipality of Milan receives about 80 thousand declarations of new occupations, changes or cessation of properties.
