Milan, March 17 2022 – A week dedicated to the theme of beauty and well-being, will be held in Milan from 3 to 8 May with a program of events hosted in the rooms and external loggia of Palazzo Giureconsulti. Today at Palazzo Marino the event was presented which will be organized in partnership by Cosmetica Italia, Bologna Fiere and Esxence and will take place under the patronage of the Municipality of Milan.
"This first week dedicated to beauty is, for Milan, a sort of zero episode – said the councilor for Economic Development and Labor Policies, Alessia Cappello – which we hope will soon become another great Milanese event of international importance as happens with fashion and design. The cosmetics industry is among the most solid in Italy and has held up even during the pandemic period but the aspect that I would like to underline - added councilor Cappello - is that the cosmetics industry gives great job opportunities, especially to young people and women. Now we find ourselves experiencing a new moment of crisis and great apprehension but in any way we want to send a positive message also through events like this which are synonymous with development, growth and employment ".
