Milan, May 11 2021 – Friday 14 May, at 14 pm, at the Leonardo Campus of the Polytechnic of Milan in via Pascal 30, the Mayor Giuseppe Sala will participate in the inauguration ceremony of the renovated Giuriati sports center.
Speakers: Roberta Guaineri, councilor for Sport; Giovanni Malagò, CONI President; Ferruccio Resta, Rector of the Polytechnic of Milan; Franck Denglos, Vice President and General Manager Adidas Italy; Francesco Calvetti, Rector's Delegate for sports activities at the Polytechnic of Milan; Alessio Rocca, President of the Student Council. The sports journalist Marco Cattaneo will moderate.
At the end of the speakers' speeches, at 15 pm, a Sport Experience will be held with demonstrations of long jump, penalty kicks, calisthenics and 00x4m relay which will involve student athletes and champions. Followed by a guided tour of the sports center for all those present upon registration.
The ceremony will be visible in live streaming on WebTV of the Municipality of Milan.
