Milan, August 10 2019 – The guidelines for the concession of use of the municipally owned sports facility located in Viale Unità 5 have been approved.

The facility, which covers an area of ​​approximately 13.559 square metres, is located in Municipality 4, in the eastern peripheral area of ​​the city in an access area to it via the eastern ring road, and is composed of a football field 11-a-side football pitch in illuminated natural grass, a 7-a-side football pitch in illuminated synthetic grass, a 5-a-side football pitch in illuminated synthetic grass, two stands and buildings serving sporting activities for users and services.
“This facility – declares Sports Councilor Roberta Guaineri – has always been a point of reference in the city for the promotion of sporting activity, exclusively for football, in an environmental context that requires strong social and institutional oversight. A further step by this Administration for the benefit of all those who practice sports and the world of sports associations and clubs."

The notice will be addressed to Amateur Sports Clubs and Associations, affiliated with Sports Federations and/or Sports Promotion Bodies recognized by CONI, and to individual or associated Sports Promotion Bodies, to Associated Sports Disciplines and to National Sports Federations also in associated form, recognized by CONI.

The assignment will take place according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer and the actual duration of the concession, starting from a minimum of 6 years, will be calculated based on the investments that the best proposer will undertake to make. At the same time as the evaluation of the price offered, the technical-economic sustainability of the project that the competitor will present during the selection process will be verified.
