Universal Civil Service. The municipality of Milan will host 115 volunteers

Milan, January 28 2023 – The Municipality of Milan will host 115 male and female volunteers between 18 and 28 years old for the universal civil service. On December 15th, the Ordinary Notice for the selection was published by the Department for Youth Policies and the National Civil Service. Applications must be submitted by 14pm on Friday 10 February, via online request on the Online Questions (DOL) platform accessible via PC, tablet and smartphone.
Thanks to the universal civil service, boys and girls will be able to participate in a growth experience in various projects involved in the protection and enhancement of artistic and environmental heritage, social inclusion and training. A precious and important help tool also for the Administration which, through the commitment of young people, supports projects and initiatives useful to the city.
Last year, 73 male and female volunteers participated, selected from over 416 applications received by the Municipality of Milan. Around 80% of the applications were aimed at cultural projects.
These are the places available in the projects:
- 47 places in the program "A year of Civil Service immersed in the museum and cultural heritage of the municipalities of Lombardy"
- 6 places in the program "The new places of knowledge: Civil Service and libraries in the municipalities of Lombardy"
- 5 places in the program "Municipalities and the territory: Security, protection and enhancement"
- 2 places in the "Volunteers for environmental protection in the municipalities of Lombardy" program
- 19 places in the program "From North to South: Social inclusion and community development interventions in metropolitan areas"
- 7 places in the “I do this way” program
- 29 places in the "Civil Service and educational paths in the municipalities of Lombardy" program
It is possible to submit only one application for participation for a single project and a single location.
