Notice of making available the Environmental Report as part of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) referred to the PII MIND

THE SECTOR DIRECTOR

having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.6.2001;
having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;
having seen law 17.8.1942, n. 1150 and subsequent amendments;
having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 for the Territorial Government, and the related implementation criteria;
having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/351 of 13.3.2007, as well as the resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 8/10971 of 30.12.2009 and, the latter two, as subsequently modified and integrated by the resolution of the Regional Council no. 9/761 of 10.11.2010; 

GIVEN THAT

on 19.07.2017 the Municipal Administration started the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure with Management Resolution no. 37/2017 (PG 334395/2017); the relevant notice of initiation of the proceedings was published on the Notice Board, on the website of the Municipality of Milan and the Municipality of Rho and on the regional website (SIVAS);
on 21.11.2017 the Director of the Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area (Proceeding Authority), in agreement with the Director of the Environment and Energy Area (Competent Authority), with managerial determination no. 70/2017 (PG 527849/2017), identified the competent subjects in environmental matters, the territorially interested bodies, the functionally interested subjects and the individual sectors of the public interested in the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) process in question;
the first session of the Evaluation Conference took place on 17.01.2018;

MAKES NOTE THAT

in compliance with the provisions of par. 6.5 of annex 1 of the aforementioned Regional Council resolution no. IX/761 of 10.11.2010, the proposal for an Integrated Intervention Program concerning the areas already covered by the 2015 universal exposition, together with the Environmental Report and related annexes and the non-technical summary, is deposited for free viewing - also for the purposes of the session final of the Evaluation Conference - at the Town Hall, in its offices, respectively, in via Bernina, 12 - 3rd floor (Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area - Proceeding Authority) and in P.zza Duomo, 21 - 4th floor ( Environment and Energy Area - Competent Authority), starting from 21.12.2018 until 19.02.2019 with the following hours: from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 16:00 .

The same documentation is also made available to the public through publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan and the Municipality of Rho and on the regional SIVAS website.

Anyone who is interested, also for the protection of widespread interests, can submit observations by the aforementioned deadline (19.02.2019) to the protocols of the same offices according to the times indicated below, also providing new or additional cognitive and evaluative elements: the relevant requests must be drawn up in duplicate on plain paper; any graphics accompanying said requests must be attached to all copies.
