having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 27.6.2001;
having seen the art. 18 Legislative Decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments;
having seen the art. 4 of LR 11.3.2005, n. 12 and subsequent amendments;
having seen the Resolution of the Regional Council 13 March 2007, n. VIII/351;
having seen the Resolution of the Regional Council of 27 December 2007, n. 8/6420;
having seen the Resolution of the Regional Council of 30 December 2009, n. 8/10971;
having seen the Resolution of the Regional Council of 10 November 2010 n. 9/761;

MAKES YOU KNOWN

the start of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure of the phase following the 2015 Universal Exhibition for the redevelopment of the area, according to the provisions of the current urban planning regulations, through the approval of an Integrated Intervention Program or equivalent and suitable act of negotiated programming.
