Urban regeneration. Complex in via Adriano 60, demolition project approved

Milan, May 28 2022 – The story of the former ALER real estate complex now owned by the municipality in Via Adriano 60, in Municipality 2, abandoned for many years and therefore in a serious state of decay, has come to an end. In fact, a council resolution has just approved the definitive demolition project, headed by MM SpA as well as the works, for an expected total cost of approximately 2,3 million euros.

The total surface area of the area is 20.853 m15.600, with an existing GFA of 2 mXNUMX.
In detail, these are two three-storey buildings and one two-storey building intended until 2008 to house the "Achille Grandi" professional training center of the Province of Milan, another two-storey building intended for a regional archive now decommissioned , and a last seven-storey building used until 2007 as a guesthouse for the Guardia di Finanza. The set of buildings is located near the recently built lower secondary school inaugurated a few months ago, and its demolition completes what was foreseen in the planning of the Program Agreement aimed precisely at the valorisation of the area of the former real estate complex in via Hadrian 60.

Once the demolition activities have been completed, which could begin by the end of the current year and last approximately four months, the land will be reclaimed.
