"It is the first urban plan approved by the new council, a good omen for starting again with important projects, which must give value to all the places in the city - states the councilor for urban regeneration, Giancarlo Tancredi -. I know this intervention well having followed it as manager in my previous role, will add a quality place between the neighborhoods of Niguarda, Pratocentenaro and Bicocca, where consolidated historical realities of social participation are already present."
