NOTICE OF MAKING AVAILABILITY OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT AND THE NON-TECHNICAL SUMMARY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE (SEA) RELATING TO THE DOCUMENTS OF THE TERRITORIAL GOVERNMENT PLAN (PGT) CONSISTING OF THE NEW PLAN DOCUMENT AND THE VARIANTS OF THE SERVICE PLAN , INCLUDING THE PLAN FOR RELIGIOUS EQUIPMENT, AND THE RULES PLAN.

Pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006 n. 152 and subsequent amendments. and articles 2, 4 and 13 of Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments.

PLEASE NOTE THAT

with reference to the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure relating to the documents of the Territorial Government Plan constituted by the new Plan Document and the variations of the Service Plan, including the Religious Equipment Plan, and the Rules Plan, the Report Environmental together with the documentation required pursuant to current legislation are made available to the public through publication on the regional SIVAS website and on the website of the Municipality of Milan, as well as deposited for free viewing at the municipal offices in via Cenisio 2 (General Urban Planning Area – Proceeding Authority) and Piazza Duomo 21, 4th floor (Environment and Energy Area – Competent Authority) from 1 June 2018 to 31 July 2018, with the following timetable: Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm and from 14.30pm at 16pm.

We also inform you that any observations, contributions and suggestions to the Environmental Report and the Non-Technical Summary, as well as to the environmental aspects of the new Plan Document and the variations of the Service Plan, including the Plan for Religious Equipment, and the Plan of Rules must reach the Municipal Administration no later than the peremptory deadline of 12pm on 31 July 2018.

The presentation of any observations or contributions must be carried out online via the website www.comune.milano.it/observationspgt >>

Alternatively, they could be:
- sent by email to the following address:

- deposited in duplicate on plain paper at the Protocol office in via Pirelli n. 30, 12th floor, from Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 12pm or at the Protocolto di Piazza Duomo 21, 4th floor, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm.

This notice is published on the online noticeboard of the Municipality of Milan and is also intended to obtain the opinion of the social and economic parties pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 3, of the Regional Law. 12/2005 and subsequent amendments.
