START OF THE PROCEDURE, PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE L.R. 11 MARCH 2005 N. 12 AND S.M.I., OF DRAFTING OF THE NEW PLAN DOCUMENT AND OF THE VARIANTS OF THE SERVICE PLAN AND OF THE REGULATIONS PLAN, WHICH ACTS CONSTITUTE THE TERRITORY GOVERNMENT PLAN (PGT) AND START OF THE RELATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL AND STRATEGIC (VAS).

pursuant to art. 2 and art. 13 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments,

MAKES YOU KNOWN

that with resolution no. 2282 of 29/12/2016, the Municipal Council approved the guidelines for starting the process of drafting the new Plan Document and the variations of the Service Plan and the Rules Plan, as acts constituting the Government Plan of Territory (PGT), as well as for the start of the related Environmental and Strategic Assessment (SEA) procedure.

NOTICE

that anyone who has an interest, also for the protection of widespread interests, can submit suggestions and proposals no later than 12,00 on 27.3.2017.

The suggestions and/or proposals, including any accompanying graphics, must be drawn up in duplicate on plain paper and registered at the Protocol Office of the General Urban Planning Area in via G.B. Pirelli no. 30, 12th floor, opening hours from 10,00 to 12,00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or sent via certified email to the following address: PlanningUrbanistica@postacert.comune.milano.it.

This notice is published in the BURL, in the Corriere della Sera, in the online Notice Board, on the Municipality's website, on the SIVAS website of the Lombardy Region.
