Rai. Mayor Sala and president Fontana meet president Soldi, CEO Fuortes and the board of directors
Milan, 16 December 2021 - This morning the mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala and the president of the Lombardy Region Attilio Fontana met the president Marinella Soldi, the CEO Carlo Fuortes and the Rai Board of Directors at the Corso Sempione headquarters.
It was a very fruitful meeting, which confirmed the strategic importance of RAI for Milan and Lombardy.
The issue of rationalizing RAI's presence in Milan and the "Portello" project was also addressed.
This project will be examined within the RAI Industrial Plan, currently being developed and with a presentation scheduled for spring 2022. The hope has been expressed by both parties that a positive conclusion can be reached within the established timeframe.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Rai Board of Directors, which was taking place during the day in the CPTV of the Lombardy capital.
