Milan, July 18 2021 - A new life for the former school building owned by the municipality in via Ojetti 20, in the Gallaratese area. The notice will be published shortly for the identification of an entity that will redevelop it, renovate it, and make it home to social services open to the entire neighborhood, socio-cultural activities for children and teenagers and associated offices, through the institution of the concession of surface rights lasting 30 years. The Notice follows the arrival of an expression of interest in line with these objectives.

The building was built at the end of the 3.130s, covers a covered area of ​​approximately one thousand mXNUMX, to which must be added a large appurtenant area for a total cadastral area of ​​over XNUMX mXNUMX, and in the past hosted a nursery school , a senior center, social services of various kinds and an ASL office. For some time, however, it has been unused, also because it requires maintenance work, from static consolidation to plant adaptation.

Until now, no private entity had put forward adequate proposals regarding the valorisation and use of the spaces. Now, however, the proposal received was of public interest for the Administration, thus constituting a useful reference for the construction of a tender notice which will respect the principles of economy, effectiveness, equal treatment, transparency, protection of environment and energy efficiency.
