Procedure for verifying eligibility for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) referring to the proposal for a partial variation to the current Territorial Government Plan (PGT) having as its object the definition of the urban planning regulations for the area located in via Pozzuoli, identified in the land registry on sheet 69 maps 85, 193, 200 and 279, the modification of the road layout relating to the urban penetration axis as an extension of the Paullese State Road and the modification of the perimeter of the Famagosta interchange hub. Communication making the Preliminary Report available.

Given and recalled that:

• with resolution no. 1870 of 15/12/2022, the Municipal Council approved the guidelines for starting the procedure, pursuant to art. 13 of LR 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments, for the preparation of the proposal for a partial variation to the Service Plan and Rules Plan, with consequent modification of all related documents of the current Territorial Government Plan, having as its object the definition of urban planning regulations for the area located in via Pozzuoli, identified in the land registry on sheet 69, maps 85, 193, 200 and 279, the modification of the road layout relating to the urban penetration axis as an extension of the Paullese State Road and the modification of the perimeter of the Famagosta interchange and start of the related procedure verification of eligibility for strategic environmental assessment (SEA);
• on 04/01/2023, the notice of initiation of the partial variation procedure to the Service Plan and Rules Plan and related procedure for verifying eligibility for the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) was published;
• with managerial determination n. 2654/2023 of 31/03/2023, the competent subjects in environmental matters, the territorially interested bodies, the functionally interested subjects and the individual sectors of the public interested have been identified;
• with resolution no. 1676 of 14/12/2023, the City Council approved the update of the guidelines for starting the procedure, pursuant to art. 13 of LR 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments, for the preparation of the proposal for a partial variation to the Service Plan and Rules Plan, with consequent modification of all related documents of the current Territorial Government Plan, and related procedure for verifying eligibility for the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) referred to in City Council resolution no. 1870 of 15/12/2022, for the sole part relating to the formation of the proposed variant relating to the "Modification of the road layout relating to the urban penetration axis to extend the Paullese State Road"

with reference to the procedure for verifying eligibility for the SEA in question, pursuant to art. 14 and following of Law 241/90 and subsequent amendments and Annex 1 to DGR n. IX/761 of 10 November 2010, in accordance with art. 14 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments and in agreement with the Competent Authority,

we inform you that:

the Preliminary Report is made available, for the purposes of consultation, through publication on the regional Sivas website, on the website of the Municipality of Milan, as well as deposited for free viewing at the municipal offices in via Sile, 8 on the 7th floor (General Urban Planning Area - Proceeding Authority) and on the 3rd floor (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area - Competent Authority), from 27 March 2024 until 26 April 2024, with the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 16:00, and within the same deadline you can send your written contributions to the following email address : planningurbanistica@postacert.comune.milano.it.

The above documents can be consulted on the regional Sivas website and on the website of the Municipality of Milan even after the publication deadline.
