On the first day, Friday 11 October, the Arché Foundation and the Presidency of the Milan City Council are organizing the conference "Power in relationships", at the Sala Alessi of the Municipality of Milan, in Piazza della Scala 2. There will be two panels in which experts from various scientific areas will discuss the topic of power within a relationship, the relationship between male and female in today's society, and "good education" in relationships.

Preceded by the interventions of Father Giuseppe Bettoni, President of the Arché Foundation, and Lamberto Bertolé, President of the City Council of Milan, there will be five guests who will enliven the discussions in the two panels, moderated by Daria Colombo, delegate for Equal Opportunities of the Municipality of Milan .

The conference obtained the patronage of the Order of Social Workers of Lombardy and the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy and saw the collaboration of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.

During the second day of Arché Live, "The power of relationships", hosted by the Catella Foundation of Milan, in via Gaetano de Castillia 28, Saturday 12th, Arché's emphasis will be on the potential offered by the encounter with the different and on the transformative abilities of being together with others, the heart of volunteering. This will be the theme of the round table in which the MEPs Pietro Bartolo and Patrizia Toia, the deputy mayor of Milan Anna Scavuzzo, and the magistrate Francesco Maisto, Guarantor of the rights of people deprived of personal liberty, will participate.

The day will be introduced by Father Giuseppe Bettoni who, before the lunch offered by Pellegrini SpA, will also recognize the volunteers of the year. Also in the afternoon, present and future relationships will be the protagonists. Those born in the past and which persist, like the one between Arché and Gabriele Dozzini, author of the poems collected in the book “Vedo sharks a shore”, published by the publishing house La Vita Felice, which will be presented by the historic volunteers Jacopo Dalai and Matteo Fiorini and read by the actress Orsetta Borghero.

Or those destined to be born and grow in the new projects previewed at the end of this edition of Arché Live. Thanks to the Energie Sociali Jesurum Lab association, there will be no lack of attention for the little ones who will be involved in games and entertainment while their parents attend the morning meetings.

“In these two days we want to question ourselves and question the combination of power and relationships”, explains Fr. Giuseppe Bettoni, convinced that Arché Live is "an opportunity to identify a pedagogy that accompanies the education of the male figure starting from the analysis of the drifts, even violent, of the couple's relationship".

“An important opportunity to reflect, beyond the news, on the dimension of power and the deep roots of distortions in man/woman relationships - comments the President of the City Council Lamberto Bertolé -. It is essential that the institutions promote moments of awareness and discussion like these to support a new culture of relationships."
