The arrest after the officers' stakeout in a building in Barona

Milan, March 28 2024 – In recent days, local police officers arrested a twenty-two-year-old young man of non-EU origins for possession with the aim of dealing drugs.

Following the report of some citizens, the officers placed the garage area of ​​a private building in Barona under targeted control. They were able to see the movement of numerous cars belonging to non-residents who entered a garage every day, stopped for a few minutes and then left.
A further stakeout was therefore organised, with an officer in the garage area and two patrols waiting for cars to come and go.

A man who was in the passenger compartment of the car was stopped by the officers and subjected to a search as well as the seizure of the cell phone he was holding in his hand at the time of the stop. Well hidden among the clothes and inside the bag, around 15 doses of cocaine and 14 grams of hashish divided into pieces of various weights and sizes were found.
During the search of the garage, another 20 grams of cocaine, 36 grams of hashish and a precision scale were found. 

The car was seized and the citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto for possession with intent to sell narcotic substances.
