Local police. Two Italians arrested and 400 grams of cocaine and 138 thousand euros seized

Milan, September 5 2020 – Two Italian men aged 39 and 46 years old residing in Milan were arrested for possession for the purpose of dealing on Friday evening, in Pieve Emanuele and Milan respectively, and the agents of the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Local Police of Milan found and seized over 400 grams of cocaine.

The operation began on 3 September when, following a report, the officers carried out a plainclothes service to keep two cars - a Suzuki and a Smart - belonging to the two arrested (GC and VL) under control. Following the two men, the officers arrived at a warehouse located in the municipality of Pieve Emanuele where, in a search the following day, they found cocaine, a kilo of cutting substance, 43 grams of hashish, a packaging machine in vacuum, a scale, different material for packaging the doses, a 22 caliber pistol with the relevant ammunition and 138 thousand in cash.

The two men were stopped separately for a check on Friday afternoon and, following personal and home searches, they were arrested on charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking of cocaine and hashish and, as regards the 46-year-old, also for sale of narcotic substances after a third man declared that he had bought the drugs found in his car, which was stopped for a check, from him.
