Social policies. Saturday 14 September Rabaiotti at the charity risotto at the Castle
Milan, 13 September 2019 - Tomorrow, Saturday 14 September from 11am to 23pm, in the heart of Sempione Park (viale Malta), "Risotto al Castello", the initiative of the NeMo Clinical Center, of the Milanese section of Uildm - Italian Union for the fight against muscular dystrophy and of Aisla, returns - Italian Association of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, with the patronage of the Municipality of Milan. The day aims to raise funds for the assistance and treatment of people suffering from neuromuscular diseases, pathologies that currently affect 40 thousand people in Italy.
Starting from 11am, organic rice dishes from Lomellina will be distributed, cooked by the chefs of the Agesci Colico patrol and the Ti do una mano non-profit association, supported by over 150 volunteers. Various recipes are offered: risotto with barbera and crispy bacon, smoked scamorza and radicchio, rocket pesto and confit cherry tomatoes. For each dish, paired with a glass of wine from the Barbera d'Asti consortium and Monferrato wines, there is a solidarity contribution of 6 euros. But the activities proposed in the shadow of the Sforza Castle do not end here: in addition to the gastronomic islands there will be music, shows and, for the little ones, magic and circus art workshops. There will be several guests on stage: Andrea&Michele from Radio Deejay, Mago Spillo, Zelig's Mammuth, the rapper Sitting Bull, the Flic circus of the Royal Gymnastics Society of Turin and the Fanfare of the Taurinense brigade of the Alpine Troop Command.
The councilor for social and housing policies Gabriele Rabaiotti will also participate in the event and will give his greetings at 16 pm.
