Milan, 11 December 2019 – Tomorrow, Thursday 12th at 10am in via Caldera 30/B, Casa Caldera will be inaugurated, a new space intended for people with serious disabilities.
Born from the meeting of three entities, Spazio Aperto Servizi, Fondazione Durante Noi and Fondazione Idea Vita, which shared a long journey that began in November 2016, Casa Caldera wants to represent a concrete solution for people with disabilities, a possible alternative to taking in charge in large structures.
It is not just a home, therefore, but a real life project, a personalized path, designed and created to achieve the living autonomy of each inhabitant.
Speakers will include the councilor for social and housing policies Gabriele Rabaiotti, Maria Grazia Campese, president of Spazio Aperto Servizi (SAS), Gabriella Mosca, founding member and president of the Durante Noi Foundation, Giovanni Raulli, director of the Residential, Housing and Social Emergencies Area of Spazio Aperto Servizi, Elisabetta Malagnini, Coordinator of the monitoring action of the Idea Vita Onlus Foundation.
The meeting, with the programmatic title "Open doors at Casa Caldera", also includes a guided tour of the structure.
