An opportunity to give visibility to the networking work carried out in recent years between public and private, profit and non-profit, and to enhance the property management activity carried out in an ethical way and attentive to economic sustainability for the owners and with attention to the needs of the territory. The subjects who, by statute or by choice, have made their real estate assets available for the creation of social housing projects, be they large property owners, public administration or third sector bodies, have now become increasingly aware of this value. with real estate properties (Foundations, building cooperatives, etc.). 

The local government plan, providing for a quota of compulsory social residential housing for larger development interventions, will increasingly increase the need for property managers who also know how to relate to a particular type of user who presents elements of fragility (foreigners, people with modest incomes, single-parent households) and are able to face any difficulties thanks to a consolidated network in the area. 

During the conference, the relationship developed in recent years between Third Sector entities that today deal with collaborative social management and these subjects - public, private and Third Sector - who hold real estate assets to be allocated to housing services of general interest will be investigated. .
