NOTICE OF MAKING AVAILABILITY OF THE PRELIMINARY REPORT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE VERIFICATION OF SUBJECTABILITY TO THE STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SEA) REFERRING TO THE PROPOSAL FOR AN INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM CALLED “VIA ZECCA VECCHIA 3 - VIA VALPETROSA 6 - VIA SCALDASOLE 10-12” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MILAN.

THE AREA DIRECTOR
- having regard to Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.6.2001;
- having seen the legislative decree 3.4.2006, n. 152 “Regulations on environmental matters” and subsequent amendments;
- having seen the regional law 11.3.2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments. and the related implementation criteria;
- having seen the general guidelines for the environmental assessment of Plans and Programs approved with resolution of the Regional Council no. VIII/351 of 13 March 2007, as well as the D.G.R. n. VIII/6420 of 27.12.2007 as modified and integrated by the D.G.R. n. VIII/10971 of 30.12.2009 and by the D.G.R. 10.11.2010 n. IX/761;

GIVEN THAT

- on 14.03.2016 the Municipal Administration started the procedure for verifying eligibility for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), with Managerial Resolution no. 10/2016 (P.G. n. 137415/2016); the relevant notice of initiation of the proceedings was published on the Notice Board, on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the regional website (SIVAS);
- on 22.07.2016 the Director of the Implementation and Strategic Urban Planning Sector (Proceeding Authority), in agreement with the Director of the Environmental and Energy Policies Sector (Competent Authority), with Managerial Determination no. 20/2016 (P.G. 395020/2016), identified the competent subjects in environmental matters, the territorially interested bodies, the functionally interested subjects and the individual sectors of the public interested in the process of verifying eligibility for the SEA in question;

MAKES NOTE THAT

in compliance with the provisions of par. 5.5 of annex 1 of the aforementioned Regional Council resolution no. IX/761 of 10 November 2010, the Preliminary Report concerning the Variation proposal in question is deposited for free viewing - also for the purposes of the Verification Conference session - at the Town Hall, in the offices, respectively, of P.zza Duomo , 21 - 4th floor (Environment and Energy Area - Competent Authority), and via Bernina, 12 - 1st floor (Actual and Strategic Urban Planning Area - Proceeding Authority) from 09.6.2017 until 10.07.2017 with the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.
The same documentation is also made available to the public through publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the regional SIVAS website.
Anyone who is interested, also for the protection of widespread interests, can submit observations to the same offices, within the aforementioned deadline, also providing new or additional cognitive and evaluative elements; the relevant requests must be drawn up in duplicate on plain paper, any graphics presented in support of said requests must be attached to all copies.
